The warm earth tones, large windows and abundant greenery used in the lobby create a cozy and truly inspiring environment, complemented by comfortable, high-quality designer and custom-made furniture, while the elements used in the interior will be a practical aid for easy navigation in all three office buildings.

The interior of the office lobby is being designed in collaboration with the design studio RADADARA. As part of this project, the team is also working on a unique and unusual interactive wall solution for the reception area, which is the first of its kind in Latvia. The reception desk itself will also be special – it will be finished with approximately 1300-year-old black soil extracted from the bottom of the Daugava River.
“Collaboration with Pillar is always a special event and experience for our studio. We have repeatedly seen the care with which the work is prepared and how deeply the client delves into the proposed solutions, evaluating not only the visual aesthetics of the offer, but also its functionality. We designed the interior of the office building's public spaces and lobby with a sense of responsibility towards the users. We wanted to achieve a visually "clean" environment that contains everything necessary for the building's functions.

Good room acoustics, cozy lighting, comfortable and presentable meeting places, and large windows were factors that we paid special attention to when choosing solutions. The design here must be visually and functionally convincing so that users can sense that, for example, it is pleasant to talk in the room because there is no background noise. The lighting is adjustable and suitable for both sunny days and dark winter evenings. The building's navigation is simple and easy to understand. All these solutions create a good user experience. It is an environment that everyone will appreciate."
"When designing the interior of the lobby of the first New Hanza office building, it was important for us as the project developer to create a distinctive visual appearance for the lobby, while reflecting the recent global trend of making public spaces comfortable and cozy. In collaboration with the RADADARA creative team, we have achieved an excellent result, which has already been positively evaluated by our potential tenants. The chosen design solutions perfectly complement and accentuate the special aesthetics of New Hanza, and unlike many other Class A office rental offers, our clients' monthly rent will not include the cost of the lobby space,"

As the building approaches commissioning, its quality and convenience offerings are becoming increasingly apparent. The lobby is just one of the building's public spaces, designed to offer users convenient and thoughtful solutions. Work is also continuing on the creation of a 500 m2 co-working office space for the exclusive use of the building's tenants, which will include several meeting rooms, a conference hall with a capacity of up to 60 people, a spacious kitchen and lounge area, as well as an open-plan office area.
The space has been designed so that tenants do not have to plan for rooms that are not used on a daily basis when designing their offices, as well as to offer tenants' employees the opportunity to change their usual working environment without leaving the building. For the convenience of tenants, changing rooms and showers will also be available in the building.
