The Arvato Systems Latvia office spans 2,300 m² and provides a workspace for 160 employees. The RADADARA team developed the interior design concept “Green Hackathon,” the full technical interior design project, and provided construction supervision, integrating sustainable design principles with digital-inspired elements that merge technology and nature. The project focuses on comfort, flexibility, and sustainability, featuring activity-based work zones, customizable workspaces, and relaxation, meditation, and music areas, all created using high-quality, environmentally responsible materials to support employee well-being and productivity.
