The New Hanza coworking space is a nearly 500 m² shared workplace designed for all building tenants, offering a flexible environment that balances focused work with collaboration, events, and relaxation. Developed by the RADADARA design team in collaboration with the Pillar Latvia, the project includes an open-plan office, conference and meeting rooms, relaxation spaces, and a central kitchen, all conceived to provide high acoustic, lighting, and environmental comfort. Durable, sustainable materials, custom-designed furniture, expressive color accents, greenery, and integrated artwork create a welcoming, living-room-like atmosphere that supports productivity, well-being, and social interaction in a contemporary work environment.
