The New Hanza office lobby is a 300 m² public space designed for tenants and visitors, combining reception, meeting, and waiting areas within a clear and intuitive layout. The project focuses on user comfort, easy navigation, and a high-quality spatial experience. Warm natural tones, generous glazing, greenery, custom and designer furniture, adaptable lighting, and carefully considered acoustics are complemented by distinctive elements such as an interactive reception wall and a reception desk finished with ancient bog oak, creating a welcoming and contemporary environment that enhances everyday use of the building.
